As your doula, my goal is to advocate for your personal needs during labor and birth. I will help you through your fears, offer added support wherever needed, and provide encouragement, knowledge, and hands whereever necessary during this beautiful journey. Below is my pricing for my services, please reach out if you have any questions or would like to set up a 30 minute Discovery Call.
PRICING
Legacy Doula Support Package

Cost
$600 deposit due with signed contract in order to secure services. The remainder balance is due 6 weeks prior to due date. Discount available for returning mothers.
Three Prenatal Visits
- Introduction Meeting (FaceTime)- This is the first meeting where I will answer any questions about the birthing process you may have, get to know you and your partner, and discuss how I can support your birthing goals. I will give you a birth journal for you to fill out.
- Preparation Meeting- I will provide Evidence-Based information to assist with birth preferences & priorities, review final birth plan, discuss partner support, review postpartum tools and preparation
One Postpartum Visit
- Follow Up Meeting- This is the final meeting where we can talk through your labor and birth experience. I will also provide any lactation and nursing resources if necessary. I will provide a meal for you and your family as well.
Birthing Techniques
For an additional charge, we can take an hour in our Preparation Meeting to walkthrough:
- Breathing & relaxation techniques
- Labor & Pushing Positions
- How to use birthing tools of your choice (client to provide tools)
