A free virtual meet-and-greet where I will discuss your birth goals, answer your questions, and we will determine if I am the right fit for your family.

These personalized visits help me prepare for your birth and build a trusting relationship before labor begins.

During our prenatal visits, we will:

• Get to know one another and discuss your birth preferences and goals.
• Create and review your personalized birth plan.
• Explore evidence-based information to support informed decision-making.
• Practice comfort measures and coping techniques for labor.
• Discuss labor expectations, partner support, and postpartum preparation.

You'll meet my trusted backup doula during one of our prenatal visits, ensuring you feel comfortable with both of us. If needed, she'll provide seamless support during your birth and can capture photos upon request at no additional cost.

From the time you hire me until your postpartum visit, you'll have unlimited phone and text support whenever you need guidance, reassurance, or evidence-based information.

Once contracted, I will be on call for your birth until your baby arrives. During active labor, I'll join you to provide physical, emotional, and informational support, including:

• Comfort measures for labor
• Position changes and movement suggestions
• Breathing and relaxation techniques
• Encouragement for both you and your partner
• Evidence-based information to help you make informed decisions throughout labor

After your baby is born, I'll remain with you for approximately 1–2 hours to support your family's transition by assisting with:

• Initial breastfeeding support
• Skin-to-skin bonding
• Emotional reassurance
• Early family adjustment

• Follow Up Meeting- This is the final meeting where we can talk through your labor and birth experience. I will also provide any lactation and nursing resources if necessary. I will provide a meal for you and your family as well.

• Labor & Pushing Positions
• How to use birthing tools of your choice (client to provide tools)
